Booth spaces (8’x10′ each) @ $450.00 per booth may be applied for by approved scholarly presses, academic programs, and non-profit organizations on a first-come, first-served basis until spaces are filled. NAISA Council reserves the right to review and approve all Exhibit Booth applications. Each booth includes 1 (one) Complimentary Registration, pole and drape set-up, two 6-foot tables, table linen, and two chairs.After paying for a booth (on the conference registration page), email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a code that can be used for 1 complimentary exhibitor registration.
The location of the Exhibit Hall is Salon FG, Sixth Floor. Exhibitors may set up beginning at 6:45 PM on Wednesday, May 28, or 6:00 AM on Thursday, May 29. The exhibit hall will be open until noon on Saturday, May 31, and exhibitions must be dismantled by 3:00 PM.

Return completed Electrical Service and Request for Internet Service forms to the Hilton Austin Events Department at (512) 682-2789 (fax). The Events Department can be reached at (512) 482-8000.
