NAISA Council reserves the right to review and approve all Exhibit Booth applications.\u00a0\u00a0Each booth includes 1 (one) Complimentary Registration, pole and drape set-up, two 6-foot tables, table linen, and two chairs.After paying for a booth (on the conference registration page), email\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"line-height: 1.5em\" href=\"mailto:naisa.program.2014@gmail.com?subject=Complimentary%20Registration%20for%20Exhibitor\" target=\"_blank\">naisa.program.2014@gmail.com<\/a><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em\">\u00a0to request a code that can be used for 1 complimentary exhibitor registration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The location of the Exhibit Hall is Salon FG, Sixth Floor.\u00a0Exhibitors may set up beginning at\u00a06:45 PM on Wednesday, May 28, or\u00a06:00 AM on Thursday, May 29. The exhibit hall will be open until\u00a0noon on Saturday, May 31, and exhibitions must be dismantled by\u00a03:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Forms:<\/h3>\n<p>Hilton Austin Vendor forms for electrical and\/or internet connection, UPS shipping, and AV equipment needs are below. Return completed Electrical Service and Request for Internet Service forms to the Hilton Austin Events Department at (512) 682-2789 (fax). The Events Department can be reached at (512) 482-8000.
