Frank Coppersmith is the CEO and founder of Smarter Reality, a software consultancy focused on product discovery and development most recently building artificial intelligence products for the medical device industry.  Frank also serves as the Chair, Austin Game Developers Association which represents over 135 studios and nearly 5,000 game developers in Austin with a mission to help great game developers make great game companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before starting his own company, he was President of Capson Technology, a digital health startup backed by BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to Capson, Frank served as Chief Operating Officer and Studio General Manager for GameSalad, the maker of \u201cGameSalad Creator\u201d \u2013 a leading tool for mobile application and video game development. Used by over 500,000 independent game developers, GameSalad powered tens of thousands of games worldwide and represented over 20% of all new game launches on the iOS (Apple) App Store in 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Frank got his start in the video game industry as Vice President, Finance and Administration for Challenge Online Games, a venture-backed (Sequoia Capital) startup in the web and social (Facebook) gaming space which was sold to Zynga. Prior to Challenge and Zynga, Frank served in a variety of roles with Toppan (formerly DuPont) Photomasks a worldwide manufacturer of semiconductor materials, ending his career there as the company\u2019s general counsel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Frank holds a MBA in Finance and Operations Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a law degree from Samford University and a degree in electrical engineering from The Citadel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Frank was named Austin\u2019s \u201cCFO of the Year\u201d (small company category) by the Austin Business Journal in 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yves Dubus is the Belgian Trade Commissioner in Houston, Texas. His primary mission is to foster trade and investment relations between the Wallonia and Brussels Regions of Belgium, and the Southern States of the United States of America. Through official channels and privileged partnerships, he maintains an extensive network of contacts to facilitate the creation of new companies on both sides of the Atlantic. Services provided by the Belgian Trade Commission in Houston include market intelligence and assessments, as well as assistance for the development of business plans for Belgian companies in the USA, and the facilitation of access to government authorities for American companies investing in the Wallonia and Brussels Regions of Belgium. Prior to joining Bechtel in 1995 Jos\u00e9 Ivo had 17 years of international experience in various industries such as mining, pulp and paper, oil and gas, and chemicals. He was hired from ICF Kaiser Engineers, where he was its Vice President for Portugal, and started his career in Bechtel as General Manager for Bechtel Chile and Senior Regional Representative for Chile, Peru and Bolivia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout his 23-year career in Bechtel, Jos\u00e9 Ivo has held numerous senior positions, such as Executive Assistant to the President and CEO, General Manager-Americas for Mining & Metals Global Business Unit, Global General Manager \u2013 LNG, and Latin America Region President of Bechtel Group, Inc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Natal, Durban, Jos\u00e9 Ivo also completed his Business Administration qualifications in South Africa. This included the IT, energy, agriculture and food sectors. He is an adjunct professor of international business at several Central Texas universities and colleges. He has served as a speaker for the US Department of State International Speaker\u2019s Program throughout North Africa and the Arabian Gulf region.  Mr. Mohamed presented in conferences both domestically and internationally, most recently at the Bahrain, Higher Education Council Symposium; \u201cInternational Academy of Management and Business Symposium\u201d, Istanbul, Turkey and the \u201cWorld Investment Conference\u201d, La Baule, France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently based in the D.C., Ms. Helen Popp works as a digital policy and economic counsellor at the Estonian Embassy in Washington. Being responsible for promoting bilateral economic relations and protecting Estonian economic interests in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2013- 2016 Helen served as Cyber Coordinator at the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Her role was to coordinate cyber policy planning and the coherence of Estonia\u2019s positions internationally, including contributing actively to the design of cyber security policies within international organizations and deepening bilateral cooperation with partner countries. In this role, Helen worked with policy and technical stakeholders, partners from government, international organizations, and academia on a range of cybersecurity issues, including cyber security strategy and policy, promoting norms of responsible state behaviour and cyber stability, advancing cybersecurity in third countries, promoting multi-stakeholder Internet governance, and advancing Internet freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr.\u00a0Ragau\u0161s retired from\u00a0Baker Hughes in November 2014 after serving eight years as senior vice president and chief financial officer.\u00a0\u00a0He joined the Board of Directors of Apache Corporation in December 2014. From 2003 to 2006, prior to joining Baker Hughes, Mr. Ragau\u0161s\u00a0was Controller, Refining and Marketing, for BP Plc. From 2000 to 2003, he was Chief Executive Officer for Air BP. From 1998 to 2000, he was assistant to group chief executive for BP Amoco. He was Vice President of Finance and Portfolio Management for Amoco Energy International when Amoco Corporation merged with BP in 1998. Earlier in his career, from 1996 to 1998, Mr. Ragau\u0161s\u00a0served as Vice President of Finance for El Paso Energy International. Ms. Wiley was a partner in the litigation section of Andrews Kurth Kenyon where she worked on complex bankruptcy, premises liability, and business litigation matters.  In 2009 she opened her own law firm to manage a client\u2019s active docket in nation-wide patent litigation. An avid student of France\u2019s tech sectors and technology transfer philosophy, Ms. Wiley\u2019s expertise now lies in assisting French and other non-U.S. companies with entity formation and intellectual property protection, with a focus on managing companies\u2019 operational differences with the U.S. legal and business culture.
